There is so much guessing and unnecessary stressing. I actually thought the company handled this well so far, just to completely drop the ball in the end. Keep us informed on what's going on! How hard can that be?

Handled WHAT well? The bogus NSI's and PIP's in July? The lying to employees, shareholders, investment companies and journalists through the first half of the year? What, exactly, do you think the company has handled well?
