Thread regarding CVS layoffs

Please be sensible

I’ve got a few colleagues who just want to up and quit. No back up plan, no job lined up, no nothing. They are just sick and tired of the company. While I agree there may be better opportunities, why put yourself through a financial loss when it’s just more sensible to plan out your exit BEFORE you actually quit? Trust me, you’ll be better for it in the long run.

Hell I don’t blame my employees, I have even thought about just quitting. CVS s—s and doesn’t care about it’s patients or team. My DL tried to make me come back from Covid while I was still sick and screwed up my pay(in my opinion on purpose because she was mad at me). And I was forced to work while on COVID LOA...Horrible company ran by horrible people, with the sole purpose of making money and being sh–ty to their employees who will never make it to upper management...
