I recently moved to another state and applied online. I’ve yet to get a response for an interview and was wondering what I can expect if hired. I’ve worked in the industry for 8 years for a competitor and would still be there if not for moving (husband in military). What can I expect from a work environment perspective?

Expect to get taken advantage of.
In email form appreciations the E team send out emails frequently about how much they care and grateful we are to put ourselves at risk while they stay away from stores like the plague.
Wait what you get told how much you are appreciated!?!? Wow
Expect to be understaffed in whatever department you work in and to have smoke blown up your a– about how much you are appreciated. If you want to be successful just s— up to your boss and pretend that any bad idea that comes up isn't the stupidest thing you have ever heard.
