OFS posters predicting layoffs since Jan 19 only to find OFD smartly replacing only critical roles, redeploying talent and creating internal mobility. Result headcount down 3,000, synergies being achieved and client sat and engagement up. Pretty smart my friends, pretty smart!

I work the the automation team. Based on how they 'helped' us, @1bji+18gPaKPI is telling the truth.
I am a tech lead OFS associate working remote and i basically just screw around all day and chat with recruiters on certain other websites while i sit in pointless automation meetings. My manager promised me i could remain remote and not have to worry about being rif'd. I am grateful for the "smart leadership" and their incompetence in allowing me to get away for this while still receiving a pay check.
I would bet that layoffs are coming during the first part of the year. The layoffs typically cover raises. I would guess there is a 5-10% cut in staff before April to cover bonuses and budget expenses. Especially on poorly performing business units.
