Transloc has gone through two CEOs in the past two years. Can anyone name any acquisition done by "Smart Mobility" that is worth the money and effort spent on it?

Transloc has done NOTHING of value since being acquired by Ford. The people in charge of these acquisitions really need to be replaced. I can't name one of these "mobility" projects that ever had or will have a chance of being revenue positive.
Transloc is owned by Ford and Ford Mobility. Too scared to comment on anymore. Just not a good situation all around. Lots of phony deals with city governments
Please explain, who exactly is Transloc and why is this an issue for Ford? Was the problem resulting from existing baggage that was brought into the relationship, or did it all start when Ford management was integrated into the leadership structure?
