Malls are not needed

Just walked thru a few malls. This is the worst Christmas season I ever saw. Which brings me to the thought of malls are not needed. So long as the older population can learn to order online unless you need it today ( but that feature will sure come when drones launch in 2021 ) you will no longer need to walk in a mall. A.I ( Artificial intelligence) is going to take out lawyers , doctors , malls. And if you think it’s not coming your still drinking the CEO’s look aid.

My solution for malls ? Knock them down. Most malls are 40-50 years old and tired and worn out. Look up the green new deal. Turn it into housing. Colleges. But anything but a dying mall

It’s difficult enough to work in and walk through one mall. You walked through “a few,” and determined “malls not needed anymore?”

Brilliant!

What is your solution for all of the malls around the country? And, their tenents? And, the customers?

Creepy post! OP is probably not a retailer!!!
And yes!, the older population all own smart phones and capable of ordering on line. Retail is changing, but OP, go away!!

Hey junior. The "older population" has figured it out. Look for some of these malls to become housing- possibly much needed low income.

You probably walked through the Pacific View Mall in Ventura, Ca. That mall is dying.
