Thread regarding L3Harris Technologies layoffs

Buckle Up L3-Harris, ethics ARE real.

I worked for the Londonderry NVG sector and I was there long enough to leave disgusted.
Its not enough to say their ethics are lacking, in some cases they have rationalized them away.
Mostly in part due to their largest contract, and they still cant meet shipment quotas even though they cut all the corners they can. If there is a GOV rep there, whom I've never met, he is not doing his job. So much undocumented rework, so many units leave against spec parameters, and people forge data and tests. It's bad.

Having said that, If you have similar experiences call the fraud line on them. Myself and others have taken it upon ourselves to make sure the proper people at least know the truth and hopefully one day it might actually be a decent place to work.

Submit something in your own words, let them know. Its a right to report them, not an obligation.
If you feel sincerely feel that they are doing wrong, they probably are.

Let me say this from personal experience. These bullies are insecure, plain and simple. GR is filled with people who think they have such advanced education and it's a total joke. If I went to some nowhere aviation school or some directional college, I'd be embarrassed to put this on a resume.

You really cannot be that naive to think that the "fraud line" is going to take swift and serious action, right??? Believe me, I had documents put in front of me that tried to erase my civil liberties and reported this to a similar hotline (and to a high ranking HR department member) and this wasn't taken seriously at all... in fact, it was dismissed quickly as if I were a nuisance. I got an automated-style reply that my case had been closed and this was a final decision. No action taken, nothing done at all to even bother to investigate. Don't believe that your Compliance person is there to help you. Whoever they are in your office, they work for the company just like any HR person does. They are not there for you.

More people would report and still do for the numerous violations but nothing ever happens. They simply do not care
