Involuntary Program - Carryover Vacation?

Anyone have specifics on how to ensure that carryover vacation from 2020 into 2021 is approved and will be paid out?

Trying my best to avoid needing to call XOM in the future if they did not pay the 2020 carryover vacation.

Make sure to get the days of carry over to your admin. They will fill out the pay in-lue form, then the supervisor will approve it.

Management is approving 10+ days of carry over for everyone who was separated. You will get paid out all unused vacation days

If you have less than 10 days carryover, send an email to the “timekeeping” team email address indicating the number of days to be carried over. Copy your supervisor on the email.

If you have more than 10 days carryover, send email to your supervisor requesting approval. Forward the approval email to “timekeeping” team email address.

Per faq, all unused vacation (including carryover) will be paid out at separation.

i was told that 2019 carryover was not carried into 2021, and excluding floating, everything else was to be paid.
