Hell to the yes!!!! Absolutely agree with @laq+18kK62JU with the exception of cats, replace that with dog. Added pros: Not breathing recycled office air of 100+ coworkers. Not having to share a restroom with 100+ coworkers. Being able to do small household chores such as a load of laundry on break. Pro list goes on and on. Cons: have not found one yet.

Send me back out so I can complete a proper estimate and a t/loss valuation. Pay tow fees at tow yards quickly and move vehicle asap. I was hired as an outside field employee, working in company car and a lot of work at home, it was a good balance.

Better to work in the field in Phoenix valley in the summer than this ridiculous VA b/s from home.

Working from home is the only thing that makes this steaming pile of sh– worth working for right now. At least I don’t have to screw customers over in person or listen to shops whine and cry to my face. I’m field auto too, was sick of driving around fixing VA messes all day, now I’m just part of making them.

Auto Appraiser in the field. Absolutely not. Field means field. We cannot do the same job virtually as an inside adjuster now working from home. If we wanted to be office employees we would have taken office positions long ago. While the cool thing years ago was to work at home and it may be great for those with young children or a bad commute its not for everyone. I am fine with an occasional work at home day but this is getting ridiculous. I'm perfectly capable of going out yet staying safe.

No! I love the lack of a commute, but I want to be able to go into the office at least a couple days per week to personally connect with my team. I actually love working with my team, and there is a load of interactions that are lost in the virtual environment.

The items @lgy+18kK62JU are true, but I would willingly give that up for the ability to have human connections with my team.

Yes.
Pros: No commute. No business casual clothes. No dry cleaning. No uncomfortable shoes. No makeup.
More pros: Comfortable chair at home. Thermostat set to perfect temp and/or windows open for fresh air. Nice cats to keep me company. Perfect lighting. Don’t have to share my snacks. Can microwave curry for lunch without upsetting 500 people.
Winter pros: Don’t have to shovel driveway. No sc-aping ice off windshield. No traffic delays.
Cons: Can’t think of a single one.

Considering I strongly dislike most of my co-workers (surprisingly I really like my manager) and the highly toxic and borderline mentally abusive atmosphere of our campus I would have zero complaints about working full time from home.
