At my location everyone comes in as if they are facing a death sentence. It would be funny if it weren’t so sad to see. The only thing that perks them up is when there is a box of sweets someone occasionally brings in and everyone is on a sugar high. But even that will only last for so long. Is this a companywide thing or are we just the “lucky ones?”

Should gotten a college degree.
Morale - let me get you a nice box of crayons and blanket. If you not a leader, you’re a follower, embrace it.
yep use to hate getting up in the morning and logging in did not look forward to it at all and total opposite with the job I have now. att is where careers go to die.
They destroyed morale years ago and yes most look down most of the time.
De lavega was the only leader that appeared to care about employee morale
Management here dont cut it anywhere else.
Would be nice for a change if HR hires others but management friends and family, the unaccomplised, losers, techno- handicapped, or divorced white females with mental conditions. e.g, borderline, bypolar etc.
AT&T would be a great company to work for...
What office do you work in?
sh–ty toxic place compound like radioactive poisoning culture.. Watch your Back! you are next in line
Death sentence? Dude, might want to choose your words more carefully.
Morale don't pay the bills.
Pay your taxes with a smile and they still want $$$$.
See how that works?
You're in the wrong job if that's what drives you.
$$$$$...that's all that matters.
No issues with morale here in my basement. Seriously, morale is something that I don't even consider anymore. Why even discuss it? No one cares. Leadership certainly doesn't care. Thankful for a paycheck that continues (miraculously) to arrive a couple times a month. Job market isn't very good right now, need to remain on the teat for the foreseeable future.
