Thread regarding Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) layoffs

Small layoffs all the time?

I might be wrong about this, but it feels like we are having micro-layoffs all the time. Two people here, four there... But it's happening constantly or at least I keep hearing about it constantly. I can't figure out what would be the goal of having layoffs like that instead as part of one big round?

A lot of views on this board but not a lot of insight. Speaks for itself. A dinasour inside and out

Been laying off like this for years. That is why investors want to get rid of it. Too much competition in market place and this company is outdated. People left are either near retirement or too timid to leave

Could just be making the budget look good. I remember one year finance had to lay off several temps around this time of year only to bring them back mid January. That’s like when they say “oh we’ve found savings”, no you’ve layed off more again only to appear profitable.

What positions and what locations. Both may go be some more insight
