CEO's tell investor what they want to hear, Nothing customer centric at AT&T, just try to use customer service. There needs to be a refocus on long term goals. Rid the content business go back to pipe provider, and make it the best in America. Get as many as possible the best fastest broadband out there. Will never happen.

There has been zero indication that they have plans on what to do with 5G if/when it's deployed and providing the speeds it's supposed to. Virtual reality experiences at sports venues? Peer to peer gaming? Where is the income from these pipe dreams?
