I have many friends/family who work in other industries. They have been treated pretty badly by their companies. Laid off without notice, benefits cut, $401K matches suspended and much worse. At least with DB it’s not that bad. Others may not agree, but I’m grateful to be here for however long that may be.

I agree with you 100%. Dunkin' treats us well and with respect. They have gone above and beyond through the years but this current year is a true testament to what the company stands for. Other companies should take note of how to test their employees! I pray I and others continue with the new venture, but if it's not in the cards, I will still be forever grateful for every day I've had with Dunkin'.
