Many and I mean many people were negatively impacted by this company and they are all valid in their thoughts and feelings. But some feel the need to criticize others on what is posted. Things are being said like “be glad you’re still working,” or “quit if you don’t like it” and so on. If you don’t like what is being said then by all means don’t read it…no need to attack someone because they voiced their concerns. I’m pretty sure if you voiced your own concerns you would not want someone criticizing you for it. Have a little compassion and just move on if you don’t agree with a post.

I would like to say thank you to post.. 3njy+18mcU0P7.....KUDOS!
Bull$h££! This is a forum not just for you who got laid off. It’s for people who are looking for the possibility of future layoffs as well. You all were on here in September looking for hot gossip and rumors. Don’t even try to deny it. So if you got laid off, I’m sorry, but you’re wrong.
I do agree with the soul regarding retained employees asking benefit and other questions regarding their ongoing employment with this company. Why are you posting on a layoff site?
This thread should be an open forum for all employees going through this nightmare. All comments should be welcome. Some of the responses are totally out of line, insensitive and rude. F$$k off if you are a corporate s— up making lame excuses for Allstate leadership.
If you don't like the comments to your post then don't post your comments. Welcome to America!
I just think the ones making the horrible comments are p-ss-d they didn’t get the boot. If not, why are they on here making comments? Maybe because they really really love Allstate. FYI, you’re just a number in the business and can always be easily replaced. Never Forget!
You don’t like what you’re reading - GET OFF THE PAGE - simply as that
Shut up!
I am all for clear and transparent discussion. However I do have a problem with employees who were not laid off coming on here and cluttering the board with HR questions regarding their continuing employment. Those still employed need to find their own forums for such discussion or better yet contact HR.
People shouldn't go on a cooking forum asking how to change their car's oil so keep your HR questions for you continuing Allstate employment off the Allstate layoff board.
