Belk is not progressing the same way as other retail stores. It’s now mid-December, fitting rooms are still closed, lines are still long (One register open), furloughs have been called back, but where are they? Most of them are only working one day a week? Belk has hired the yearly “Christmas temporary help” at $10 an hour, but you can’t give more hours to your permanent employees? Customers ASK every day “is this store going out of business?”, this is NOT normal and every employee should say something.
