Chemicals manufacturing was spared from layoffs this round. WIll this be the same next year?

Chemicals isn’t going to be LESS profitable next year, so the impact will likely continue to be small. They might not be exempt from anything “performance based”. I know the Gulf Coast chemicals sites have significantly slowed or paused hiring for 2021, and are not backfilling some office positions as people get moved out.
