I wonder if U.P. will go as far as to try to adopt a vaccine policy requiring you to get a shot or just highly encourage employees to get one.

They will likely highly recommend workers to go get one. Wouldn’t be surprised if they got their hands on some of the vaccine once it gets a surplus and they start passing it out like the flu shots every year.
