Does anyone know how much a backroom associate starts at? My GM said $15/hr but I thought is was more.

15 is correct. GM cannot control what job code paygrade is. If you are job coded correctly the computer will add your correct hourly wage. On schedule it should read backroom associate or something to that degree.
