What are the thoughts with the new L-shaped, bigger desk?

People with the minus marks. What is your problem? The desk is broken. The desk doesn't work for the members. It doesn't work for us. One phone, three broken tablets, and one register don't work. The desk doesn't work.
Lucky you have a desk. We have one small desk and 3 white plastic banquet tables. It looks really ghetto. What a joke. This company couldn't do any worse or could they?
You have four people working the desk!? We only have one, at the most. At least with this longer desk, I have a place to sort out all the clothes they bring back. With the pod, the clothes ended up on the floor.
Not at our club yet. Hope they add another register or two. This is ridiculous to have to try to wait on members, when the tablets won't, and never have worked right.
Tablets won't take any credit card.
It's too easy for new cashiers to put the members money back on a credit card that no longer exist!
There's no one to train new cashiers for this joke of a desk.
Why should I go on.
These tablets and lack of registers are ridiculous, and one phone...one phone! Do you know how many calls don't get answered!? Mostly all, because I'm at the other end of the desk and I can't answer the stupid phone.
Haven’t seen them yet at our club been off 2 days but it sounds like it ,much better then the original pod they cam up with right before COVID then switched to a straight line with 4 iPads and 1 register 4 people on top of each other
