There's a small problem that develops when you treat employees like c-ap. Word gets around and soon anybody worth their salt is avoiding this place like a plague. They'll be able to hire only the worst of the worse and even that's questionable. When that time comes I'll be here with my popcorn, enjoying the show.

Broken motors, sitting on one now been waiting 4 hours dogged for relief.. 2nd time this week. This place is comical 🤭
I agree that it will be interesting to see how things are going to be. How can the investors not understand that it takes people to keep the railroads rolling..
The truth is that this company doesn’t want to haul any extra freight, all they want to do is haul a smaller amount at a smaller expense. There’s no one out trying to get more business.
All this company wants is to do haul double trains with one crew. Money is made at a lower expense.
I remember when the Operating Ratios were in the middle 70s. Everyone was making money. Employees were happy. Management and stockholders were thrilled. Freight was rolling, trains were back to back.
Now it’s whatever we can get for the smallest expense for the greatest profit.
This attitude will grind to a halt sooner or later. It takes money to make money..
Stock holders will love it lol no people , no parts lmao the employees left can make sure they do their job by the book too
