What is the usual package? I don't work here, just trying to see if we are getting screwed over by our employer (because it certainly feels like it.)

General prevailing mentality in AA is to save money and severance package is no exception. Usually it is one month salary.
I'd really appreciate it if somebody would be willing to share.
