Over the last few months I've lost all motivation to go above and beyond what is expected. Like many within the company I was a diehard loyal employee who showed dedication and cared about the overall good of the company. But now that things have changed so much for the worse, I could give a damn what happens and I’ll do only what’s required of me. And I know I'm not the only one. Sad days for this place.

Another convert. Cruise along, your boss like everyone else is too busy covering for his or her ineptitude and playing the game. If you get Rifed it won’t because you care or not. It will just be your number came up! Hang in there until you can get out of this complete s***show!
