Wondering if anyone in any L3H location got a holiday gift or bonus?
Last year, not a thing for GR. Unless you count the lousy holiday party thrown by Human Resources which was a total cheapskate fest.

Narda-Miteq has been sold again. This time to a private equity firm. That always means changes such as consolidation, additional layoffs, possibly even moving out of that huge Hauppauge building that is 75% empty. It used to be an amazing company. It was ruined by the multiple acquisitions and completely incompetent upper management. My advice is get out now before you are left with no options. I got out and now work at an absolutely great company.
Bad reputation of Lay's off
21 years at Harris and have never received a year end (or any) bonus. I don’t expect that to change until I leave and get a job with someone else.
The "stop complaining" person is some supervisor or other manager who knows that they are completely unqualified in their job and is scared to death of losing theirs.

Who's the "stop complaining" person? You sound just like the manager we all wish to remove so desperately that's causing all this at my location. Seriously. Harris destroyed an amazing company, and I'm determined to outlive the Harris name. Harris is a cancer that must be removed from that which was L3. Nothing more. I care about the product more than the those who bear the name of a skidmark. The only reason half of us are here is because we care about the customer more. We care. Why the f— don't you?

Oh, K... you are trying to be so nice. But if you are settling for "fairly decent" then you are planning your retirement I would imagine, right?

HINT To make an impact, go to Glassdoor, Indeed, or any site where you can rate L3H. L3H does not care about the complaints here, they DO care about the company rating.
It's not unheard of for a company to offer a holiday bonus. I'd take that any day over a lousy ham sandwich and potato chips. But, no bonus... NOTHING.
Seems stingy to me, frankly.

Salary, bonus, stock, stock options... and OTHER?
What was the other? Free company car? Free driver to go with free company car? Free parking at the free condo near the office for his free company car?
I'm sure L3H isn't the only company to do this... but it does make your head spin.
stop complaining, be glad you have a job. Are you guys little kids wanting to do gift exchange or get free food (and then complain). Go buy some for yourself with the money you earn. Grow Up

Oh, yeah... the holiday lunch. Catered in from somewhere and it tasted terrible. Not enough food for everyone because they went cheap. I've eaten better hospital cafeteria food.
No card, no gift, nothing to show appreciation to anyone. If you didn't have a manager who bought you a gift, your holiday was a big nothing from L3Harris. Some departments did small gift exchanges or potlucks but that was it. Really pathetic. I've never worked for any other company that did so little.
