If you are termed how do they go about having us return laptop since we can’t go to the office?

They send you a box.
They send labels and boxes. If you are lucky you will get some Frankenstein type box pieced together by multiple other boxes too flimsy to ship anything like I did. I requested another more suitable box and fresh label and told them they would not get anything back until I received this. Already received my severance so I don't care. If they are that worried about getting it back they can send someone to my abode to pick it all up.
