to the individual who said not sure why women are getting better raises...maybe it is because JPM is under investigation with EEOC and it was determined they were underpaying women for the same roles/experience and are now level setting....to reach parity.....

Raises and bonuses are not based on job performance at Chase based on my experience at the company for many years. Numerous years I have "exceeded expectations" and received no raise, or a raise well below inflation. In my department the women appear to be the ones getting decent raises while the men don't. Not sure why that is.

I think it's more like 5k for a lower cost location

If you’ve received a promotion from 601 to 602, what’s the typical dollar amount increase? I’ve heard $10k but I feel like it should depend on location.

Have a hard time believing it’s gonna be that bad. There are prolly a good chunk of people getting little to nothing and the rest that performed well will be compensated appropriately

To be honest, I am unsure if I want to go to another bank. I'll have to start all over again in terms of vacation, seniority and probationary period.

Man that stinks. Would you leave and work for another bank if you could land a good roll?

The bonus and raises has been drastically decreased this year. It's being done to reduce layoffs and keeping as many employees as possible on the payroll. Less than 2% is the norm with 1% being the median.

Last year you could see what your base and bonus is by looking at the basic life insurance coverage on the benefits. Not sure if that will be true this year. This year mine is showing a bonus but not sure if that's what I'll get

Not yet, but my bonus has been small for the past couple years, I can’t imagine it getting any smaller! I did read that you should be able to see what your bonus is on the health benefits page (where you enroll) under personal information..but not sure how reliable that is. Does anyone know if that number will be your bonus?
