If you had all power in the world - how would you change NS?

I would fire every single psr id–t manager, send the folks out to take up all the business, large or small that have been cast off or ignored in this c-ap. Tell the shareholders to kiss my a– and get to actually railroading. They can get paid what we let them have when we start making pockets full of cash. Never knew them to actually lose money even in the lean times so I know that they could do it, operation ratio or not!
Id lay off all those useless workers and hire more supervision and ceos.
If I had all the power in the world I wouldn’t be the least bit concerned with NS.
On second thought, I’d give shippers the ability to teleport their product so that NS would be completely out of business.
Fire greedy board which only cares about personal wealth
Fire everyone in management and bankrupt the company

Run it as a long term growth company which has ethics and values its employees as assets not liabilities. Stop the obsession over the operating ratio and focus on increasing revenue.
