This year is finally coming to an end, I hope next year will be better for all of us. At one point I was scared of being laid off, but it didn’t happen, however, in the meantime I realized that in 2021 I want to leave the company for my own private reasons. I’m interested in whether you already have some New Year’s resolutions, whether you will try to act differently in some situations, try to work more and better or not nearly as much, look for a new job more actively, etc.

Next year will be the same as all the previous years in the past at least 20 years... more layoffs... that is all IBM can do going forward as revenues are likely to not grow.

My goal is not get laid off until July. It’ll be a lot easier to look for a job then. Right now is brutal.
