Why would you ever expect employees with high standards, when they are led by people with absolutely no concept of standards or morals?

They'll just end up with the worst of the worst people. I left because I couldn't stand to work for a company that treats its employees like they do. I felt like I was working for the Axis Powers/Dark side of the force. They're literally every villain in every Christmas movie ever made.
