I have it on high authority 'everything in general' will be 14% better in 2021. They're still working on the PPT deck to explain how.
If Nike's ELT keep doing the same things they have been doing, why would anything change for the better? I am afraid 2021 will show us the same old set of behaviors in terms of how employees are treated, limited opportunities, secrecy, unethical practices, etc. The only difference will involve increased focus on new or recycled buzz-words - sustainability, resilience, and diversity & inclusion. Nothing will be done to improve anything though.
And I'm not talking about layoffs, but everything in general.
