Wow, a second class action lawsuit in two years. This one they settled...likely after they lost the one in California. Senior management did a great job in grooming PIGS! Forced overtime without pay. I average 5-6 hours of "admin time" a week for which I don't get paid...all required by my DM. Had so many conversations surrounding this, to no avail. Glad I saved emails.
Maybe it's time for another! Since we are getting laid off, got nothing to lose..only to gain.
