If you do sign it you have 90 days to withdraw your permission!! DO NOT SIGN IT. KEEP A COPY OF IT AND GIVE IT TO YOUR STATE'S UNEMPLOYMENT OFFICE. NUMBER THE PAGES, AS US BANK HAS AGENTS WORKING AGAINST YOU IN STATE UNEMPLOYMENT OFFICES!

What good would maligning past employees do for U.S. Bank?
My agreement says nothing I could interpret as permission to defame me. It only binds me to maintain the privacy I agreed to as an employee.
I'm still angry about the way I was treated but I am grateful for the severance I earned over my years of service.

Take their money and take a leak on their corporate logo in front of the building. Your integrity has nothing to do with whatever US Bank ends up plotting. It is employment at will, not a marriage. Negotiate for the most money and then pee all over them.
Wouldnt surprise me. I mean the company culture is a pure 180 from richard davis days. They can afford to keep people but wont. Pure greed and laziness. They even fire people to keep proven p—hiles in their roles. If people think wells was a scandal...just wait.
