It’s getting to be that time of year...does anyone know what bonuses, promotion and pay raises look like?

Too many u-turns from no hike to capped at 2% to back to normal . Figures should be out by 2/10.
Just started at capital one as a product manager(a year ago so missed bonuses and raises)...I have fellow friends at financial institutions who get bonuses under 10k what should I expect?
