Thread regarding Thomson Reuters layoffs

Cutting muscle and bone

A customer wants to know the price before purchasing. Seems reasonable. But the information is missing on customer- and sales-facing systems, and anyone who last year would have known the answer has either been reassigned or fired without replacement. We literally cannot sell to a prospective customer. Good job everyone.

What muscle, what bone? Surely pretty much gone by now after a decade or so of RIF's?

Clearly Amazonian, you don't understand the value of marketing and branding. I can refer you to some courses you desperately need.

Honestly, most lawyers these days use online services and software these days, and the high pressure sales tactics just annoy the hell out of them. It's a technology company now. Amazon doesn't need a lot of people to sell most media and services, and neither does TR.
