R Davis used to stop by branches every once in a while. Cecere has zero interest in mingling with subordinates, unless they make him tons of money. Same with TOS deadweight hollow "leadership". The only time managers talk to subordinates is to humiliate them. US bank owes you nothing and they will kick your rear when they want. Leave this toxic company and the toxic dummies they have in leadership positions
