If they do a Management restructure it makes sense because Leads will take on even more responsibilities. If Management positions are eliminated some of these current salaried Managers may be looking at open lead positions. It doesn’t seem that far fetched. It all depends on what goes down this year.
Leads make too much as it is for what little they do. Just give them a fukin polish dog and call it a day. Gisel would never approve of this kind of tomfoolery
