They should layoff the checkfree managers they really don't know how to run the teams or have no technical knowledge. They just setup up meeting with team members and say he said this about the way it work and you saying something different way of doing. They waste their and company useful resources and make the employees fight. The non technical manager don't provide right directions and just talk on the phone whole day. If they are let go that is 2 hard working person's salary. This manager don't know how much the employees work day and night to keep the lights on and finally they let go this employees as they are earning more or they are not up to the technology as the new employee does google as manager and says the 1st top 10 search items without knowing the pros and cons of there actions. This managers should be let go ASAP.

It is not just the checkfree managers. It is a cultural thing at Fiserv. There is a lot of wasted time.
