Anyone else experience retaliation here?

I reported to the ethics committee retaliation against a coworker of mine. They investigated and found no issues. A few months later my review time came and I dropped 2 rankings levels from the highest rating to the middle of the road. I had been the highest ranking for 4 consecutive years. I learned my lesson, keep your mouth shut!

"The only way you make it there is to bury your head in the sand or a– kiss more then do your actual job. I've seen too many a holes there get promoted not from their achievements and hard work. literally had one boss who was banging a subordinate."

It's all a daily mess of lying to customers, supervisors and managers changing what is and is not allowed to be worked on or discussed and just a bunch of game playing. L3 works with vendors and suppliers who have worse reputations than they do, just so they can blame them for the delays. It's a collective effort. No one knows from day to day what is going on. Multiple lists floating around and meetings all day that address the same things over and over but solve nothing. And yes, those supervisors and managers are the root cause of the issues. You won't hear them ever claim responsibility. They show up for meetings and free lunches. That's their idea of a hard day's work. Well, except for those extra curricular activities. All part of the JOB to get AHEAD. Not sure if that's the head buried in the sand, or somewhere else...

that is exactly what you can expect from L3H. retaliation. that's why I left.

I have been gone a year and a half after finding a much better job with a much more caring company. It was best decision I have ever made to leave L3H behind and will never go back or recommend them as a company to anyone.

Heard we are "unsatisfactory" recently...attitude reflects leadership. I've been saying for a long time that Harris was risking contracts if they didn't pull their head out of their a– and start treating people as well as L-3 did, but like a true Bezos, they pressed on. I guarantee we will be retaliated against, rather than the perpetrator relieved of leadership. I can only hope we get sold off for our "transgressions"

Also, who else was hired for less than the $15 minimum not mandated? Bet your a– we won't see any effort to address that gap. New hires and friends of managers profit while we fight what little we still get. The industry was always treated well because of the nature of our work. Harris thinks this works like an app order delivery service.
Well Harris, they just got sued. Wanna keep following in their footsteps? Gonna be a fun ride. Can't wait for the step down so we can step up.

Honestly I feel ALL of those working in plant have been screwed over ALL of COVID on top of it, but we're just expendable to them. That much has become clear.

"Retaliation is the way these incompetent "leaders" keep their jobs. Try and report retaliation and you lose your job. The place is festering will bottom performing bullies."

EXACTLY why I left. Our department supervisor literally changed her mind about every single policy and procedure on a weekly basis. I showed her several examples of her own conflicting information and she couldn't be professional enough to at least admit she kept us chasing our tails. She had no idea how to lead. L3 was her first job out of college and for whatever reason they promoted this fool.
(Maybe it was the fact that she was the only one who applied for the supervisor role. She actually took a pay cut for the job just so she could get the title and told us all that she 'really wanted to be a manager, but they made me just a supervisor' so what does that tell you?) LOL.

I've seen entire threads on this forum removed for no reason, if that's what you are asking about.
