It's not "ALL" of IT that is being outsourced. It's only a percentage of IT.
It is definatley real. There will be Local IT but it is outsourced just like the helpless Help desk. We are training the new team as we speak. Picture this, well experienced Senior level Local IT techs are being replaced by Entry level techs. This will be a party when we are gone
