Thread regarding U.S. Bank layoffs

TOS

How does Soroka still have a job? He leads TOS Operations Services and seems completely clueless about both technology and Operations. They even joked about it in the Strategic Roundtable. He's surrounded by heavy weights and isn't even embarrassed by his own insufficiencies. Should we assume his continued "leadership" is a sign that everyone under him should currently be expecting that severance package meeting?

It starts at the top. How many years does someone get to "not do the job" before they go down the road?

TOS? Bunch of incompetent arrogant tightaassses, levang, guynan, soroka. Too many high paid eye candy political dust driving this mess. They will accept the offer of Goldman Sachs later in the year and this whole thing will implode. Retire levang, flush the rest of that team.

When it comes to incompetence, waste, and no understanding of product and product direction, the TOS management pond is very deep. So many old time managers that find opening a spreadsheet attachment in an email complex. Layers upon layers of official meeting attendees.
