I'm wondering if there will be any PRP's offered this year?

If you want a PRP, just engineer your lay-off - it is a better deal with healthcare to get laid off.
Just push your LL6 and LL5 buttons so you move to the top of the hit list.
I did that to my LL5 very skillfully so he thought he was getting me by putting me on the lay-off list. All the while I was playing him. Nice severance package and then collected retirement pension.
It is hilarious as he still has no clue that he got played.
PRP was huge - for 6 months - only "worked" 2 days per week - felt like I had the summer off. This resulted in receiving a check for around 3.5 weeks of unused vacation pay.
Plus - my replacement came on board around 2 months in - so I literally had nothing to do for 3 months. It was great - although it did feel weird as I was a hard worker prior to accepting the PRP.
So not exactly the same result as getting fired - plus leaving on your own terms is huge - mentally.
Not much difference between the PRP package and the severance package due (if you have over 20 years + in the company) due if you are let go/fired. So, if you do, don't sweat so much.....you'll be OK in 2021.
If you end up getting the tap on the shoulder, I'd focus the remaining time in 2021 more on 2022 if you aren't ready to retire yet....
Nope - only firings.
