Thread regarding Oracle Corp. layoffs

Not too hot out ...

As most of the latest posts are 6-8 days without an update,, and the rate of new posts has declined significantly, I can only assume that the chances of layoffs right now are low. That, or the people in the know are not taking!.

Watch. After I post this, whoosh...

I hadn't been here for a couple of weeks. Had quite a few posts to go through today, it looks like things are getting warmer, definitely. Could be an indication of something going on in March or so, I would think.

OCI vs OCI-C. Yea, let’s club each other because management want to be on both sides of the fence!

Neither is true, most companies are assessing how 2021 will look. Layoffs if announced will be at the end of Q1

Perhaps a bad case of troll fatigue?

I've noticed that the banter about "imminent SEC arrests". from people who claimed to have inside information from the SEC, has been long gone.

Bottom line, if you work in an unprofitable or low profit business unit, then yeah, there could be layoffs in your group. But you know what? That's the way it is everywhere.
