The media is full of headlines about bonuses and these “praiseworthy articles” have completely obscured the fact that the company is laying unspecified number of workers and cutting the hours. What can I say? Thanks for everything, but bonuses are mostly a cosmetic measure for a company to trying to hide layoffs during a reorganization.

Yes, the timing is questionable at "BEST". No matter how they coat it. The rest of us are waiting for the "other shoe" to drop, or change shoes.
