Yes, while salary range was not much of a surprise, my IPI with Extraordinary rating dropped almost 40% from two years ago. They have definitely reduced IPIs for bonus. My manager admitted as much, I am level 2 employee.
Mine was the same midrange as last year.
Yes... my range dropped by $21,200 and since I am now above the new range there will be no raise or lump sum.
