The long rumored LP purge finally became a reality as CVS once again shows it’s the bottom line not the people that they have heart for.

The AP team at CVS has become a joke, thanks to the poor leadership at the VP level and Mr. Wonderful (in his own mind CC) Sr. Director joke. I feel so bad for the good LP professionals that are still there and are basically puppet auditors
Is that the VP of AP posting here about traffic cops? Your turn is coming, John. How many years has it been with your analytics bag of tricks and larger shrink misses each year? :-)
Please take you boss with you too. Toilet Touche needs their golden team back...
They moved some positions from the middle of the country to the cesspool East and West coasts. While it was a c-appy way to do it, it does make sense to put your resources where needed.
What they should have done was move people to those markets. Instead they fired a lot of good people and now they're going to hire for the cesspool markets.
The actions were headcount neutral, but a lousy way to do it.
LP across all retail is being increasingly done from a central offices now. Do you expect traffic cops at every corner too and people to send messages via the pony express?
