  3. Frustration over managers who have no idea what you do and how to help you if you need help.
  4. Walking the tightrope as you balance the crazy politics of this place.

What working at Aflac doesn't entail:

  1. Good pay.
  2. Good benefits.
  3. Job security.

what to expect from employment at aflac is:

deceit
lies
cronyism
nepotism
stagnant salary
lack of respect
lack of integrity
s-xual predators at all levels
racial discrimination (reverse)
dysfunctional culture
constant change in leadership which introduces constant change in policies and procedures
work loads that increase to the point where they will break you mentally and physically
when you die or leave, they will drop in another slave

This is every At-Will company. Wake up. The company doesn’t exist for the purpose of bringing an individual security, but exists to (big idea here!) Make Money for the collective investor.

Now, if you’re unhappy and feel under appreciated, go out and find where you feel you belong. It’s not Aflac’s job, nor purpose, to find you an individual stream of security. It’s on You.
