Every single time, no exceptions, when one department or a position get a raise everybody else starts raging on those employees. As if it's their fault they received a raise and everybody else didn't. Do you know who decides who gets a raise? Management. Those are the people you should be angry at if you've been overlooked once again. Your coworkers didn't do you wrong, the company did.

Imagine being a food sales associate who works 90,91,97 and does shelf availability, section work and prices changes for 90, 91,92,95,97 as well as working unworked freight, binning. capping and working the picks and being told you don't deserve a raise right now but the people who won't step foot in your area even though its part of their job will be making 2+ dollars an hour more than you.

Weak, ignorant people are jealous, spiteful, angry beings. They will attack and cannibalize those they fear. Just like a pack of rabid dogs.
Strong, moral, intelligent people are happy with others’ success and are not threatened by someone else’s good fortune.

I can see why people are mad. It isn’t fair that bakery, deli, stockers, and online grocery got raises and the front end/ service desk did not. I don’t think people are per say mad at their coworkers they are mad at Walmart because they didn’t get a raise. But I heard that every dept will be getting a raise including the front end eventually. They are staggering the raises. How much of a raise? Who knows I doubt it will be as significant as bakery, deli, or ogp.
