I saw this coming back in 2014 and nobody believed me. Now over 30 stores in my area have converted to AR and another batch coming up in May. Everyone used to tell me no way, they need us! Ya OK- they don’t need anyone. I remember some of my former management coworkers tweeting and celebrating “AROE and IGNITE”. I used to tell them- you do know you’re just training your replacements don’t you? And they’d say- no way, they need COR. I just laughed. I feel bad for those who are older and thought they had a career job, but I do not feel bad for those who kissed a$$ and treated everyone like dirt. If you’re affected, prepare yourself, start looking for a job early, COR might be a dead end but you’ve learned important skills that’ll help you in many different fields.
Carlisle, Pennsylvania corporate store is switching to AR soon. Just signed my agreement to take the severance package which is equivalent to one weeks of pay and that’s it. I can’t believe CWA allowed us to get so reamed.

If you have been with the company longer than 2016 ....you have to know it’s coming ! ARO program (managers training AR on operations such as opus , sales force , first net ect.) ARSM some of the best switching to AR in 2018. DOS also placed in a role to oversee the success of AR 2018. AR receives inventory from the same suppliers as core. The name Authorized is not a requirement to be placed on the building. A person would be a fool to think that it’s not coming to a store near you. Of course they will have you believe level up sale sale sale , unfortunately that has zero to do with the conversion to AR. Union.....they get very little dues from core stores and most of the gravy comes from call centers with 500 employees. So yes it will continue and a rapid pace unfortunately.
Cor will be converted to AR, much sooner than anyone would imagine.

Thanks for the info… But I wouldn’t feel comfortable going to that CSP article after this post. I am sure AT&T will be able to track which employees visit this page and retaliate.. lol
