Changes coming in FL for E&I, hearing a few shakeup in the AMT space, possibly field account managers or DCSMs. Medical directors on the move.
FL was healthplan of the year so they can do what ever is needed to appease the higher ups.

Same in Az. Very sad. Employees trying to make sense of the new structure. Lots of unanswered questions on how it will work. Don’t seem to have a real plan. We’re just winging it! Poor leadership.
