It was today.
RIFs are standard, expect them quarterly. Also, they're letting higher paying employees go and replacing them with lower paying staff.
It must be coming, they have an ever growing number of people in south America.
Yeah chief I was the discotech last night and my boss picked up this chick. Turns out chick is in the know and says rifs are coming on 4/8 and it is going to be massive very huge cuts. But my friends and I are going to use this time to go to troll school
And get paid big bucks to troll like the previous butthead poster.

Yeah right, maybe for the top CEOs and Jamie Dimon but for the average serfs....Work hard and show them a Can-Do, aim to please attitude and you MAY get promoted to a position with the work
of 10 people and as an appreciation for your hard work you will then be escorted out the door when you are no longer needed.
Omg I looked at queue and fell over. I am so over worked. Phone calls pile up emails in team box are alot. Then manger pays me peanuts and expects me to do work of 4 people. I will take layoff package and then go home and teach myself table and alteryx and get a job that pays real loot.
It can't come soon enough. Too much disorganization, stress and a toxic work environment at Chase. It is not worth dropping dead from a heart attack or an aneurism caused by extreme stress
and pressure imposed by their draconian work procedures and protocols. Maybe they will give us a nice big severance package..........yeah right!!
