I left because I could no longer bear the way this company was run. At one point I started to feel like I was stagnating and that I could do a lot better. I did not regret it. I would just like to go back one day to see what the atmosphere is like compared to what it was half a year ago when I left. It was an unbearable mess back then. I don't have a lot of contact with my former colleagues, but I believe that a lot of them left after I did.

class action lawsuit.. more coming they dont pay us, they steal from us. we had one manager who would change your time and report number just to look good. today was payday and several employees did not get paid for the 2 weeks they work. We had another guy try to use his insuance card and it did not work either. What is going on?

Same here..contacted twice. Once last week and once this week from two different law firms. One time on with them for well over an hour and emailed info to both after call. Hopefully these lawsuits kick off soon....
@3coe former employee here as well and was contacted twice this week. They had a lot of info and very specific info. I added a great deal to that. Anything to help. ; )
Does anyone know when the Lawsuits commence? Im going to buy some popcorn and enjoy the damage this does....
@3odf... funny you say that. I'm a former employee and was contacted by a law firm yesterday (no joke) because they are trying to get as much info as possible for their class action lawsuit. This guy had a ton of detail on grip, storm, etc. and all of the promises made to the market. He categorized these promises as "misled guidance" to shareholders by the executive team. It can't end well. Execs will make their money and abandon ship at some point. It's the employees that will be hurt the most.
For everyone's sake who is still at Resideo, I hope this doesn't impact you too harshly. It honestly blows my mind that people are still "believers" and choose to stay, but "to each his own".
I don't think anyone thinks its going to implode if they leave.....Its imploding on its own.
BTW...this company does NOT make money (less and less all the time). I'm in Finance so I know. What they are good at is moving money around, Finding "efficiencies" and putting a good spin on it so it LOOKS like we make money.
How do you think we got 20 plus lawsuits files for securities fraud??????
Why do people keep thinking that the company is going to implode after they get laid off or quit? This company makes money. Everyone is replaceable. Check your ego.
